Good news! You may have heard that we are sold out of Polish sausage, but we received our pork order this afternoon and already started grinding it up and seasoning. We’ll have the smoker going all night and fresher than fresh smoked and fresh sausage will be ready tomorrow! Wr SHOULD have enough for everyone. First come first served, if you already placed an order, you’re good.

Welp. That was heartbreaking. Holiday sausage will come to an end this week (until Easter), but our Love for our Bills will never die! What an AMAZING season we had! Someone has to lose in every game and unfortunately it was us this time. Sooo Super Bowl win prediction now? Who cares!?! I’m going Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre for the win!
GO BILLS!!! What an amazing victory against our #1 nemesis last night. We had stopped making our Holiday sausage this week, but we’re getting back in the shop today to make a fresh batch of Holiday Fresh and Smoked for this week because it sure does feel like a holiday in Buffalo!! We will continue to have holiday sausage as long as the Bills keep WINNING!! On to the Super Bowl!!
It’s ON Saturday night and we are gearing up with your game day provisions! Whether you’re tailgating at the game, or watching from the comfort of your living room we’ve got you covered with our freshly made polish sausage, hot dogs, Italian sausage and roasts. If you would rather keep it simple, try any of our heat and eat home made soups, chilli, bbq burgers and homemade sides! We also are fully stocked assortment of Redlinski’s Own snack sticks. Try them in a super yummy pig in a blanket or cut up and seved with a yummy dip.

We are fully restocked on sausage, ham, prime rib AND pierogi. If you have any last minute needs we are Taking orders in the lot and over the phone for today until four.
They still happen! Joe was able to source more pork butts and we can now take orders for SAUSAGE TO pick up TOMORROW! I don’t know how long that supply will last so get those orders in! Unfortunately, ham and prime rib is still a no go.
Supply chain issues are unfortunately very real folks and we are currently sold out of Polish sausage, ham and prime rib. At this time we can no longer take orders for these items. Orders placed by 12/22 will be honored. It’s POSSIBLE that we can make more sausage by tomorrow and you can call the store after 11 am for an update

You must call ahead and place your order or you can stop by the store and place an order for next day pick up

As we approach the third year of holiday curbside service, we’ve learned a few things. I would like to give a heads up that as we get closer to Christmas and slide over to curbside the only difference between this year, and last year is we will be unable to fill same day orders. You are more than welcome to place an order over the phone, or in person for the next available day. Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation during these times, but with reduced staffing and stock availability, it’s the only way we will be able to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.
