This wasn’t a demo — it was lunch service on the water. 🥄⛵

Seared tuna, chilled crab, steak with chimichurri — every bite plated on a spoon guests could eat whole. No plates to bus, no napkins blowing off the deck, just clean bites and an empty tray by the end of the run.

The part nobody sees before the spoon hits your appetizer. 🥄

Every batch starts as a simple dough — butter, egg whites, flour, plus whatever’s flavoring that batch. Then it’s sheeted thin and cut by hand, one spoon at a time, between two porcelain molds. That step is slow, and I could speed it up — but it’s also the reason each one holds its shape and actually eats like a cracker instead of falling apart.
45 minutes in the oven at 300°, and they come out golden, crisp, and ready to hold whatever you’re serving.
