Just a few pics from 2026 Iowa State Fair ABGA goat show. It takes a lot of time, work, and effort to compete! Congratulations to everyone that participated and won their classes!

When you have that one clever goat that you have a love/hate relationship with. We had to bungee cord her gate but then she decides to bust out her neighbor! At least she did her own housekeeping and I didn’t lose the pin!

It’s blazing hot out there! When all you want to do is sit in your freezer to cool off after morning chores! Hats off to everyone with livestock that are working hard to keep your animals healthy in this heat. Hoping that all the goat babies being born this week survive and thrive! This little boy was born yesterday afternoon and doing well this morning! First time mama is doing a good job!

SHILOH FARM CROWND SHADOW

Sired by PF08 Black Panther Ennobled SOM, Crownd Shadow represents an opportunity to add one of the breed's most proven and recognizable bloodlines to your program.

As a fullblood sire, Black Panther has built a reputation for producing goats with muscle, width, structural correctness, and breed character while finding success through both his fullblood and percentage progeny. With over 1,500 progeny points earned and still accumulating, his influence continues to be felt across the country through champions, replacement females, and herd sires.

Crownd Shadow combines those proven Black Panther genetics with a powerful maternal pedigree that traces back to Own The Throne, Reign O'Er Me, and Ring of Royal Grandeur.

This young buck is stout featured, attractive through his front third, expressive in his muscle pattern, and carries the kind of look that breeders continue to seek from the Black Panther line.

We believe strongly enough in this mating that we are retaining a daughter from the cross in our own herd.

Whether your goal is producing competitive show stock, building replacement females, or adding proven genetics to your breeding program, Crownd Shadow deserves a serious look.
