If anyone is interested in beef, let me know. I can sell it as a quarter, half or whole cow. I can give quotes that are pretty close to what you would pay overall with butcher fees and paying me for the cow. This is Angus beef and I also have one Hereford if a little more marbling is preferred. My guys are free range, grain finished but since they have access to land, they end up pretty lean. Likely around 90%/10%. This is also custom cutting so if you want prime rib roast over rib eye steaks or tomahawks instead of ribeye and short ribs, it can be done.

Well we typically don't have extra beef to sell. However, We have unfortunately had some back out, and I have another 1.5 to sell. A little last minute, but the drop off day is May 2nd. The price is 3.20 a pound hanging. If anyone is interested, let us know!
