Market update:

Our oven is acting up (yet again after multiple parts replaced to fix the last issue we had with our brand new appliance not heating properly😵‍💫)
So unfortunately, we will not have any of our baked goods for tomorrow.
We have eggs, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, flower vases and our wooden pumpkins will be back if you're stopping by the market!

Just wanted to give everyone an update on Honeysage Homestead.

When I started this little business a few years back, my focus was mostly on home baking.
At the time, there weren’t many home bakeries around & I loved being able to share fresh bread and baked goods with my community.

Over the years a lot has changed. There are SO many talented local bakers now, and I think it’s wonderful that people have so many options close to home.

With that change, I’ve decided to put more of my energy back into the part of Honeysage that has always been closest to my heart: the homestead.

We will be shifting to focus more on our fresh eggs, seasonal organic produce, herbs, flowers, and other things we’re growing and making here. I’ll never give up baking, but I am slowing it down a bit so I can make room for everything else this tiny little farm has to offer.

We’re also working on getting the farm stand ready for fall. With the summer heat, baked goods just don’t hold up the way I’d like them to. I want to make sure anything I put out there maintains the most fresh quality possible.

I’m really excited for this next chapter of Honeysage & to keep growing something that feels more like the vision I had when we started.

Hi everyone! We know many of you have been asking about our farm stand.

We’ve had a tough upstate NY winter that unfortunately caused damage to not only the farm stand but also our roof, chicken coop, and pool. Because those were essential for safety and basic operations, they took up our entire spring.

The farm stand is next on our list, and we are working to get it repaired (hopefully) by the end of August. We want to make sure it’s in perfect shape for you all to enjoy throughout the fall!

In the meantime, you can catch us at Sundays in the Square Market August 16th & September 20th.
We are always accepting orders for pickup here at the homestead, or delivery to the Cleveland, Constantia, Bernhard’s Bay, West Monroe & Central Square area. Just send us a message!
