Chef will be serving up a delicious watermelon salad to mark the last transition of summer into fall, using ingredients sourced here at West Side Market. He'll be doing recipe demos and handing out samples from 10am-2pm in the Market's KeyBank Produce Arcade.

We're back with another delicious fall edition of Fresh Fundamentals. This week, Chef John Seely from Chefs for Families is putting a vegan spin on an autumn classic with a sweet potato 3-pepper chili, using ingredients from West Side Market!
