Basse's Farms We grow memories!. Family owned and operated in Colgate WI since September of 2000.

Roger and Becky, along with their son Blake and daughter Sarah, strive to create an environment in which families can enjoy themselves and grow lasting memories and traditions! The Basse’s extend their love of family to their business, and offer family-orientated fun and educational activities all season long! The farm family fun starts in the spring season with U-pick strawberries in June. Later in the fall season will be U-pick apples and our sunflower fest, and to wrap up all the fun each year is our ever growing and improving pumpkin farm with our fall fun packed pumpkin festival! So round up the family and come on out to enjoy the farm and grow memories with us!

Pumpkin Fest + apple picking = the FULL fall-on-the-farm experience!

Our Honeycrisp hybrid apples are ready or almost ready for U-Pick every weekend in October!

Did you know? When you buy your Pumpkin Fest tickets online, you can add apple picking at checkout for just $6.95/person — a $2 savings!

🍎 October varieties include:
• Ludacrisp – Honeycrisp hybrid with a juicy-fruit-gum flavor
• Rosalee – Honeycrisp × Fuji; tangy, floral & melt-in-your-mouth (now picking!)
• EverCrisp – Fuji × Honeycrisp and a Basse family favorite!
• Sweet Zinger – The perfect mix of sweet + zing
• Pink Lady – A Midwest-suited favorite
We also still have a nice crop of the Honeycrisp we all know and love!

Apple picking is available every Fri-Sun, 10am–6pm until Nov. 1st! Weather permitting. Last admittance to the orchard is 5:30pm daily.

The sun is out this morning and we are back OPEN for Pumpkin Fest today, Friday Oct. 2nd!! 🌞🥳

If you plan to navigate the corn mazes, or stroll through the pumpkin patch, boots are an excellent idea as it's muddy. 🥾

Happy first day of October everyone! 👻🎃

It may be a gloomy, rainy start to October ☔...but we couldn't be more excited that the most fun month of the year on the farm is finally here! 🍂🧡

Pumpkin Fest is CLOSED today, Thursday September Oct. 1st due to rain and muddy/ soggy conditions. 🌧🍂

Our Store is still open today (noon - 6pm) with caramel apples, apples, hot c***r, and other sweets, treats & fall decor!

The plan is to let things dry out and be back open tomorrow, we will make updates so keep those eyes peeled! 🎃
