Meraki 360 Wellness your key to healthy living. After being in healthcare for over 10 years, I left to care for my disabled husband and address my own health issues. Little did I know the road we would be lead down. After my husband went through multiple surgeries, hospitalizations, and doctors, we were left with no real answers and he was still in immense pain. We were told he just wasn't respond

ing to traditional medicine and we should look into alternative or untraditional medicine. In the midst of all this, I was also navigating my own journey to find answers and get relief from Fibromyalgia. I didn't waste any time- I immediately dove into researching and learning everything I could about herbal & alternative medicine as well as nutrition based remedies. After many hours in the kitchen, I came up with a menu of yummy whole body healthy goodness. All of my life I have wanted nothing more than to help others and had been feeling a little lost since leaving my patients. I knew our family was not alone out there and I had to share my creations with everyone. I have poured my heart and soul into creating products that I truly believe in. It brings immense joy and self -fulfillment to be able to visibly see my creations help others live healthier lives. Meraki is Greek and it means to do something with soul, creativity or love. There really could be no better word to describe my business and what I do than Meraki 360 Wellness.
