Stay tuned for some exciting news about our girl Sarabi, expecting in December 🤠

Our Great Pyrenees LGD, Sarabi is ever so sweet, gentle with children, and has the deepest bark you've ever heard, making her an effective and adorable livestock guardian dog for our family farm!

Right now, she's relaxing in our garden, basking in the setting sun as she stays close to her child companion, always listening for pesky critters that would harm her livestock 🐮🐷🐔🦆🦃🐶

Our Jack o' Lantern pumpkins are in the final stages of ripening. Just going to keep them on the vine for as long as possible.
Excitingly enough, there's a second round of pumpkins growing, though I doubt those will make it to the color change before frost hits.
I will definitely grow this variety again next year! Starting them sooner, I may end up with twice as many pumpkins!

If anyone knows someone local to Colorado Springs that makes baskets from real wood and such, let me know. Right now I have a little garden with a small harvest, but it's difficult to carry the harvest and a young one. I want to support local :)

I can't believe it's been almost a year since getting our pups - they've grown so much!

Mufasa may look like a goofball, but he takes his job of guarding the animals very seriously. And Sarabi may look like a princess, but that's because she is - but she also provides very strong protective instincts.

Both pups are sweet LGDs and I love getting to raise them on our farm!

Our beautiful Jack Be Little pumpkins are filling out nicely! First time growing pumpkins, though I've wanted to do it for years - I finally have the space for them to stretch out. If the frost doesn't kill them before ripening, we'll have just enough Jack O' Lantern pumpkins for us to carve too 🎃
