CHEF B CHECKING BACK IN! ❤️👩🏽🍳
WHEWWWW, Y’ALL!! 😂😂 I asked, and BABYYYY, y’all did NOT hold back! But guess what? THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! ❤️
First, I want to personally THANK every single person who took the time to leave a comment, whether it was positive, negative, or somewhere in between!
I read your comments, and I HEAR YOU!
One thing about me, I’m not afraid of constructive criticism. I didn’t build StuffedEnuff to be perfect. I built it with passion, faith, hard work, and a genuine love for feeding people!
But I also understand that when you spend your hard-earned money with us, you deserve a GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME! Not just when I’m in the building. Not just on certain days. EVERY TIME!
Here’s what stood out to me:
❤️ Y’all are LOVING our lunch prices, portions, and options!
❤️ Many of you absolutely LOVE our food and continue supporting us!
But I also heard the concerns about food consistency, our yams, mac and cheese, greens, wings, pork chops, wait times, customer service, and order accuracy.
And I want to make something very clear: Those concerns are NOT being ignored!
There are some things that come down to personal preference, and that’s perfectly okay! Everybody isn’t going to love everything on our menu.
HOWEVER, food being improperly prepared, orders being incorrect, customers waiting unreasonable amounts of time without communication, or receiving food that doesn’t meet our standards? THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME!
I am already putting additional accountability, training, and quality-control measures in place at BOTH locations.
I will not sit here and make excuses. Running two restaurants is challenging, absolutely! But that is MY responsibility as the owner, not yours as the customer!
I also want to give credit to the employees who ARE doing an amazing job because some of you made sure to recognize them, and I appreciate that!
🗣️I’m deleting this post later! 😂 I’m going to use the feedback to make us BETTER!
To everyone who has supported StuffedEnuff, recommended us, given us another chance, or even held us accountable, THANK YOU!
