New in today and it sounds wonderful! Spotted Bear Spirits in Whitefish, Montana, has crafted an innovative Huckleberry Limoncello by blending traditional Italian limoncello with real organic lemons and wild Montana huckleberries. Try making a Huckleberry Limoncello Martini:
2 oz vodka (or huckleberry vodka for extra berry flavor)
1 oz Spotted Bear Spirits Huckleberry Limoncello
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
Optional: Sugar for the rim and a lemon wheel garnish
Instructions:
Prep the glass: Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip it in sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, huckleberry limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until cold.
Strain the mixture directly into your prepared glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Who's a little bit crazy mid-week and in the mood for a Drunken Monkey? Give it a try!
The "Drunken Monkey" is a fun, tropical, and fruity Caribbean cocktail that blends spiced and coconut rums with citrus and banana flavors. To make it, combine orange-pineapple juice, rums, banana liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice, strain over fresh ice, and garnish.
3 oz pineapple-orange juice blend
1.5 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz banana liqueur
2 dashes orange or Angostura bitters
Splash of maraschino cherry juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the juice blend, coconut rum, spiced rum, banana liqueur, and bitters.Chill: Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Strain the cocktail into a lowball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
