Hi everyone—it's Jay.
Today I'm starting something I've wanted to do for a while.
It's called Around the Table at Knotty Pine.
This isn't going to be a series of sales pitches. It's a place where I'll share stories from the restaurant, what goes on behind the scenes, why we do things the way we do, and what Knotty Pine means to me.
