Salley Beef & Salley Cattle Our mission is to supply high-quality replacement cattle and responsibly raised, nutritious beef to support the health and well-being of your family.

Salley Beef was started in 2018 by Joshua and Jessica Salley. Our beef comes straight from the cattle that are raised right here in southwestern DeSoto Parish at Salley Cattle Company, LLC. Our cattle are Beefmaster and Beefmaster/Red Brangus crosses. They are raised on grass pasture from the day they are born and we finish them on both forage and grain before they are ready for processing. Our calves are processed at Panola County Processing under USDA inspection where they are packaged under our private label. We also offer the option of purchasing whole or half sides of beef when we have enough calves on hand. We are beyond thankful for all of our current customers and look forward to meeting new ones in the future! Please message us if you have any questions!

This is not going to set well with a lot of you, but deep down you know it's the truth. Kids need to learn more in school than just how to take standardized tests and how to score championships. Bring back true agriculture classes in the high schools. Who is going to feed the world in 20 years?
