Check out our Farm Store for locally grown and made products! The Flying C Ranch is located in central Faulkner County, Arkansas, approximately 8 miles east of Conway. Come see us at our Farm Store to shop for farm fresh beef and locally made goods! In 1980, Dr. Robert Clark started with just 16 head of cattle as a hobby. The herd has since developed into a large cow-calf operation on over 600 acres of farm land. We follow a regular health program provided by Dr. Cy Shurtleff, DVM of Morrilton. We’ve been selling freezer beef since 2012. Our business is family owned and operated, and we strive to provide consumer driven, high quality protein.

We had a pretty cool day on the farm, Friday! 🐄🌾

We hosted a feed demonstration featuring a Vermeer mixer wagon, with several local producers coming out to watch and learn more about mixing rations and getting the right nutrition into the cattle’s feed.

There was plenty of good conversation, questions, and a little bit of farm talk along the way. That’s one of the things we love about agriculture. There’s always something new to learn, and there’s always another producer willing to share what’s working for them.

A big thank you to everyone who came out and to Vermeer for bringing the equipment and putting on the demonstration!

It’s not always the side of the farm you see when you stop by the store, but there’s a LOT that goes into raising good beef before it ever makes it to your table. ❤️🐂

A little Farm Store update!

Y’all have officially cleaned us OUT of ground beef! 🥩❤️ We truly can’t thank you enough for all the support you continue to show our family and our farm. We appreciate every single one of you!

The good news? We’re just waiting on our next beef to finish up at the processor, and we’re expecting it to be ready by next weekend!

In the meantime, we’ve still got plenty of those cozy fall comfort cuts. We have minute steaks, stew meat, roasts, pork sausage, and more. 🍂🍲

Basically, if you’re ready for hearty soups, slow-cooked roasts and good old-fashioned comfort food, we’ve got you covered.

🐷 PORK RESTOCK + A LITTLE PRICE UPDATE 🥓

We just got a restock of farm fresh pork, including one of our favorites, SMOKED CURED BACON! And let me tell you, it is GOOD!

We also want to be upfront with our customers about a change you’ll see in the Farm Store. For the first time since we introduced pork and chicken at the Farm Store, our prices on these proteins are increasing. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to make adjustments to reflect the increased costs and fees we incur in raising, processing, and bringing these products to you.

We are so grateful for your understanding and, more than anything, for your continued support of our little farm store. ❤️ We work hard to provide you with products we’re proud to put on our own tables, and we hope you’ll give these fantastic pork and chicken products a try!
