"I've been with Alexa Springs for 17 years now. I was originally brought on to help with facility piping and process improvements before becoming Plant Manager in 2014. What has kept me here all these years is the people. From our leadership team to every employee on the floor. It's a great environment to work in, and I'm proud to be part of what we've built together."
