Shat Acres Raisin Phoenix, not quite two years old, highlands grow slower than most beef breeds and don’t reach maturity until they are closer to five years old, especially true for bulls. This guy has an impressive frame and lots of room to “beef up”. He already stands as tall as our biggest cows. Don’t let his gawky teenager phase fool you, he’s going to be a big dude!

His first calves will be hitting the ground in October, in about a month he will turn out with our spring calving group. Looking forward to how his calves come out ❤️
