The reason there’s a Candy Andy in Corpus today is because of this amazing man right here.

Dad, I miss you more than words can ever explain. You taught me how to be the man I am today. You taught me how to hustle, how to work hard, how to never quit, and how to keep pushing no matter what life throws my way.

I wish you were still here so we could keep grinding together. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you. I miss you deeply, every single day.

A couple of hours before you took your last breath, I looked you in the eyes and promised you that I wouldn’t let you down. That promise still drives me every day.

Everything I’m building, every accomplishment, every step forward it’s because of the foundation you gave me. I know you’re watching over me, and I know you’re smiling down.

If I could ask for one thing, it would be one more conversation, one more hug, and one more chance to tell you how much I love you.

I miss you, Dad. More than you’ll ever know. But I promise I’m still making you proud. ❤️🙏🏼
