Had a blast being able to help out with a little TEAsearch and development this past Friday with our friends over at
I’ve steeped tea plenty of times in a cup of hot water, but in a cold cup of beer?! That was a first! Let’s just say it’s much easier to steep tea in water! 😂
Many of you know that we’ve had several of our blends used in Broken Goblet’s tea beers over the years, with Bohemian Raspberry and JAMS being top favs! 😎 Well, it’s time to add a new one to the list!
On Friday, we brought around 20 different teas for a taste testing for BG’s upcoming TEAcision event. Out of those 20, only 3 will make it to their upcoming TEAcision event to be voted on, with only ONE tea coming out on top in the end!😱
All I can say is that it’s going to be a tough one this year. A LOT of these translated over extremely well into a beer…and this is coming from a girl that does not really drink beer! 😂🫣
Can’t wait to let you all know which teas make it to the final 3, and which one ends up being the winner! 🍺🏆🍺
