We started the day with a quick field trip to visit our friends at Pherm Brewing Company and help be part of the canning of this year's Mallow Out Coffee Marshmallow Stout. It's always fun to see behind the scenes, learn about all the steps and equipment, and see the similarities in our production processes. Big thanks to Henry and the Pherm Crew for welcoming us!

Mallow Out is a decadent stout brewed with our coffee (of course), soft waves of toasted marshmallow, and layers of chocolatey malt. Smooth, velvety, and just the right amount of sweet, it's like a campfire treat in a glass!

It's on tap, and sold in cans, starting today, along with a special draft only Peanut Butter Mallow Out. Slide over and start your weekend off right.
