& geography. Come adventure with us! Erik Hinds and Anna Ortiz make up the unique culinary venture that is The Traveler.

Right now we are at a pop-up kitchen at Zombie Club in Crown Point and collaborate with historical venues and local businesses. Through research and development, our cuisine delves into different cultures, places, times and styles. Erik Hinds is the Chef at the Museum at Lassen's Resort in Cedar Lake, making this an amazing partnership that supports a longstanding historical nonprofit.
