What Our Private Chef Services Include

✔ Pre-Event Planning & Preparation
• Customized menu planning based on your preferences, dietary needs, and event style
• Ingredient sourcing with a focus on quality, freshness, and premium products
• Off-site prep as needed to ensure efficient and timely service on event day
• Detailed service timeline and kitchen flow planning

✔ On-Site Culinary Ex*****on
• Professional on-site cooking and plating by Chef Raven
• Full kitchen utilization and organization upon arrival
• Timed courses or buffet service based on your selected service style
• Elegant presentation tailored to your event setting

✔ Staffing & Team Coordination
• Hiring and management of a Sous Chef when required for:
• Larger guest counts
• Multi-course meals
• Tight service timelines
• Hiring and supervision of Servers/Service Assistants for:
• Plated service
• Buffet management
• Beverage service (non-alcoholic unless otherwise contracted)
• Table clearing and guest support
• All staff are coordinated, scheduled, and managed by our team for a smooth experience
