BW's Famous Fried Ribs has been located in the Tower Building at The State Fair of Texas for the past 35 years. Our booth serves the best Fusion BBQ and Fried food on the fair grounds! You can find anything from Fried Ribs, Fried Banana Pudding, to Chopped Brisket, BBQ Frito Pie, Blackeyed Peas and Pinto Beans.
