In Elkins, West Virginia, you can generally count on the weather being a little overcast or a little hazy. Today, we’re putting the spotlight on Overcast, our flagship Hazy IPA! As Big Timber’s original and most popular hazy, we brew it with over 4.5 lbs/bbl of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Azacca hops for a big tropical punch.

Cake Smash is everything you love about German Chocolate Cake. Clocking in at 13%, we brewed this beer with toasted pecans and lactose, and conditioned it with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, toasted coconut, and coffee beans. It’s a treat for your taste buds!
