100% Oregon Rye. 🌾
We are incredibly excited to announce the return of our 6-Year Straight Rye Malt Whiskey. This 100% Oregon-grown mash bill showcases the pure characteristics of Oregon grain.
By blending 53% malted rye with 47% unmalted rye, we've created a complex flavor profile that balances the earthy, bold spice of traditional rye with the softer, sweeter notes of the malting process.
It has spent the last 6 years maturing in #2 and #3 char 53-gallon new American Oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop deep complex layers, yielding a luxurious palate of honeyed butter, candied orange, fig, toffee, and toasted coconut.

Process: Double copper pot distilled, non-chill filtered
Age: 6 Years Old
Proof: 92 Proof / 46% ABV
Tasting Notes: Honeyed butter, candied orange, fig, toffee, and toasted coconut.
