Step aside, tequila—there’s a new spirit pouring into your glass this Cinco de Mayo.

If you’re looking to upgrade your margarita, it’s time to reach for our Straight Oregon Wheat Whiskey. Swapping your usual tequila for our wheat whiskey adds a rich, smooth depth that perfectly balances the bright pop of fresh lime. It’s the refreshing Summer riff you never knew you were craving.

The Whiskey Margarita

Recipe:

1.5 oz Straight Oregon Wheat Whiskey

1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

1 oz fresh lime juice

0.5 oz demerara or agave syrup

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a coupe or margarita glass with fresh ice.

Finish:

Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint & a lime wheel.

Pro-tip: Add a Pink Himalayan sea salt rim for the ultimate sweet-and-salty contrast.

TRIT Manhattan

2oz TRIT Straight Whiskey
1oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 dash orange bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Here is how we bring this famous style to life:

Local Terroir: We use locally grown Oregon barley and traditional double pot distillation. This captures that signature robust mouthfeel while letting the unique character of the Willamette Valley shine through.

Elevated Finish: To add depth and flavor, the spirit undergoes a secondary maturation in a 1st fill Madeira Cask.

The result is a beautifully complex and layered whiskey. A must-have standout for any well-curated collection, and the perfect pour for your after-dinner indulgence.
