Our water treatment plant operators, instrumentation & controls technicians, and equipment maintenance personnel participate in weekly safety meetings that focus on a specific topic like working with electricity or maintaining the integrity of personal protection equipment. To date, we have gone nearly 3,000 days without a lost time injury. We protect our people, so they can protect our water.

Decatur, IL is the 550th largest city in the United States, but with our expansive grain processing industry, we require the 50th largest wastewater treatment facility. Our Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director Kent Newton, CPFO, presented at the Rotary Club of Decatur's weekly luncheon today, giving members an understanding of what we do, and why we do it.

We were delighted to host this student-run creative agency from Millikin yesterday, MillikinCreates, and share our story with them. The greatest thing about Millikin University is the empowerment they give to students for their learning. 💙
