Make plans to join us for our next Cook The Book: Farmhouse Christmas. Saturday November 7th at 4pm.
How CTB works, first you must purchase the book from us plus a $5 hostess fee per person. Each participant picks, makes, and brings a recipe from the book. There are two rules,
1. You'll need to let us know which recipe you're bringing.
2. You must follow the recipe exactly.
This should be a fun one y'all, especially right before the holidays. Call 256-686-4500 or come by to purchase your book and register. All classes must be pre-paid and are non-refundable.

It's not too late to sign up for our Wüsthof Knife Skills Classes! We have a few spots available in both our 10am class and the 1:30pm class. This is a tremendous opportunity, especially right before the holidays. It's always a good time to bone up on those ever so important Knife Skills. The cost is $50 per person and can be used towards the purchase of a Wüsthof knife. Call 256-686-4500 or come by to register.

I do love to play around with my ferments! This may be one of my best yet. I used the Madras Curry from Spicewalla Spices and purple cabbage. It's incredible! If you want a taste, we still have room in our upcoming lacto-fermention class on Saturday October 24th at 4pm. The cost of the class is $40 per person, all classes must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. -fermention
