If you think you know California, we have the perfect tasting lined up for you. Join us for a special evening with Adam as he pours five+ w**es that defy what you would expect from the Golden State.

We’re excited to be featuring w**es from neighborhood favorite, LIOCO! A husband-and-wife-owned w**ery focused on discovering California’s truly great vineyard sites. Matt and Sara Licklider seek out small, family-farmed vineyards with that magic combination of soil, sun, climate, water, and place that makes a site special. Their bottles even feature maps of the vineyards that inspired them, reflecting their belief that great w**e starts with great land.

This belief is a through-line connecting them to Ridge Vineyards and Sandhi W**es. Two w**eries with rich histories and a profound desire to express the best of California’s terroir with minimal intervention.

It’ll be a night showcasing some heavy hitting w**es from iconic producers. You don’t want to miss this one! 🥂

We’re welcoming Gibbs Vineyards for an intimate, seated w**e class in the Tasting Room.

Gibbs is a true, family-owned boutique w**ery rooted in the heart of St. Helena, California. Their story spans three generations, starting back in the late 1950’s when the family first began cultivating the valley’s rich soils. Today, they produce small-batch, classically styled Napa w**es that focus on pure varietal expression and incredible quality.

Guiding us through this special flight is someone who lives and breathes this portfolio: Lucas Walter, the Director for Gibbs Vineyards. Because Gibbs is a tight-knit, small-production team, Lucas does a little bit of everything—from managing their national distribution and traveling the country to occasionally working right on the bottling line. He knows these vineyards inside and out, and he will be sharing the stories, the craft, and the deep passion behind every bottle in your glass.
