Can you kiss your partner after they’ve had gluten? 👀

A recent study found that gluten transfer through kissing appears to be very low, and when the gluten-eating partner drank water first, the risk dropped even further.

Personally, I’m still a little more cautious. If Josh eats gluten, I prefer to give it some time and have him drink water before we kiss. It’s what makes me feel most comfortable!

Obviously, everyone’s comfort level is different, but it’s nice to finally have some actual research around this.

Shoutout to our amazing server Ruby's Good Shoes !

More to come soon about their food but when ordering a cappucino the only alternative milk they had was oat so we were checking if it was celiac safe.

He initially said it was but i personally only drink certified GF oat milk so he walked me to the barista station so i could check for myself.

So nice 🥹 and if this is the confirmation you need (like me) just ask!
