Denver, we found your next foodie obsession… and it’s HIDING behind a pink paper crane 🩷🤫

Tucked underneath Sushi Hai is Origami Den Denver Sushi & Cocktails Speakeasy 🥢 🌸 , a secret Japanese speakeasy that deserves WAY more hype 🏮✨!

First of all, THE VIBES 😭?! Over 1,000 paper cranes hanging from the ceiling, moody lighting, and gorgeous decor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a whole different world!

BUT LET’S TALK ABOUT THE FOOD 🍣🤤. Everything we tried was SO fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented! The sushi was absolutely delicious, with that fresh, melt-in-your-mouth quality that makes you want to keep ordering more. From the rich, buttery uni butter popcorn 🍿 to the incredible Origami Trio, every bite was a little chef’s kiss 🤌🏼.

The Dragon’s Breath Roll 🐉 and Golden Hour Roll 🌅 were packed with flavor, and the Filet Mignon Nigiri was such a delicious twist 🥩🍣! Of course, we had to get the Origami Sushi Combo, too, because you can never have too much sushi 😂

AND THE DRINKS?! Just as fun as the food 🍸⚡🍐! We tried the Tokyo Drift, Forbidden Fruit, and Origami Sake Bombs. The cocktails were creative, and doing sake bombs with the staff was such a fun little moment that made the experience even more memorable 🍺🥳!

Delicious, fresh food, creative cocktails, an incredible atmosphere, and an experience that goes way beyond just dinner. Origami Den understood the assignment ✨!!

🍂✨ Fall has officially arrived The Sen Tea and Coffee House ! And their new Fall Menu is seriously worth trying. 🍵☕️

I tried one drink from each category and they were all SO good! 😍

🍵 Matcha — Matchamisu Latte: Matcha, milk, and Matchamisu — think creamy, rich, and dessert-like with that signature matcha flavor. 💚

☕️ Coffee — Caramelized Banana Latte: Coffee with salted caramel syrup and banana cold foam. 🍌🤎 Such a fun combination and definitely gives cozy fall vibes!

🍂 Hojicha — London Fog Hojicha: Earl Grey milk tea, hojicha, and salted vanilla cold foam. Creamy, comforting, and the perfect drink for a chilly fall day.

I loved that each drink had such a different flavor profile, and honestly, I couldn’t pick a bad one! 🥹🍁 If you’re a matcha, coffee, or hojicha lover, definitely go check out The Sen’s new Fall Menu!

What happens behind the burger? 👀🍔

I got to go behind the scenes at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar and see how much goes into the food before it ever reaches your table!

From hand-breaded chicken tenders and mozzarella medallions to hand-cut fries, fresh-cut veggies, hand-chopped salad ingredients, and scratch-made sauces and dressings, there’s a lot more happening in the kitchen than you might expect.

And yes… the burgers definitely deserve their moment too! 🍔🔥 But Bad Daddy’s is so much more than burgers, with salads, appetizers, handspun shakes, desserts and plenty of other crave-worthy options.

I love when you can actually see the care that goes into the food, from the prep kitchen all the way to the plate. ❤️

kyuu.denver is not like other sushi! 🍣 They’re experimenting with flavors that mix traditional ingredients and take sushi to a new level! 😋

For the drink we got their fresh raspberry collins! Made beautifully and tastes great! 🍸 We started off with an order or their artichoke hearts paired with a macho aioli with the right amount of kick! 🦵🏻 From the raw bar we got the Hokkaido new style and the salmon new style! 🐟 The scallops were huge! And the salmon was extremely fresh! ☺️ We got their white lotus roll served with the macho sauce! The macho sauce is an interesting sauce pickly, spicy, and savory! 🤤 We also tried their eleven mile roll. This one was unique like all their other combinations! We ended with some nigiri, salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and unagi! Can never go wrong and you can taste freshness! 😙

Thank KYUU for having us! The sushi was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful! We will definitely be back!
