Will your livestock waterer make it through the winter?❄️

1. It relies on electricity to keep from freezing
Tank heaters and heated buckets work great… until they don’t. You’re just one power outage, tripped breaker or damaged cored from leaving you without water and another chore waiting in the morning.
1. It has exposed moving parts.
Floats, valves and arms can freeze and jam even when water itself is not frozen. Sometimes it isn’t the ice that causes the problem, it’s the small components trying to keep everything running.
1. It lacks proper insulation
Bare metal and plastic offer little to no protection against freezing temperatures. Without an effective protection against freezing weather, your waterer could be fighting a losing battle against the cold.
