Fast-Forward 5 Years! 📆

If you’re newer here, this top picture was the first-ever picture taken and posted regarding PBN! And that car behind me, took the first ever meal delivery route.

That was May of 2021!

The car is actually my step-dad’s. He was lending it to me at the time, right when PBN was getting started. I had put out a few posts on my personal social medias asking if anyone would be interested in me preparing some healthy meals for them.

Surprisingly, a ton of people from my hometown, Knoxville, took me up on the offer!

I went straight to the store, put them all together, fit as many as I could in those coolers strapped around my neck and the one I’m holding, and headed all the way down from Ames to make the deliveries!

And the rest is history!

I was visiting family this past weekend and saw the car, and had to recreate the original picture five years later!

It feels so long ago, and also like yesterday at the same time. Regardless, so many great memories and moments to be thankful for!

And a special thank you to Knoxville for believing in PBN from the very beginning! Shout-out to Cooper, the first ever client!

Time flies, it’s so important to slow down and smell the flowers.

Blue collar, white collar, teachers, first-responders, warehouse workers, delivery drivers, barbers & stylists, engineers, accountants, doctors, IT workers, entrepreneurs, financial advisors, real-estate professionals, contractors, nurses, plumbers, chefs, fast-food workers, grocery-store workers, supply-chain workers, postal workers, office workers..

We could continue! We all have unique talents, skills,
and gifts we can use to serve our community. 🙏

Some days, in the thick of hard work, it may seem like your sweat, focus, and tears are adding up to only tiny differences. But, if each of us continue to give it our all everyday, our combined efforts will amount to large positive world impacts!

Our goal here at PBN, is to serve people! The golden rule - Treat others the same way you’d like to be treated!

When shopping from and utilizing businesses, especially small businesses, we’d like to be heard, genuinely cared for, and appreciated. That’s how we strive to serve our community!

Now, we are a small business with a very small team. We always like to preface these review posts saying we aren’t perfect, and we don’t want to make ourselves seem that way! It is always our goal to serve you well. But, we do make mistakes from time to time. When we do, we ALWAYS work hard to make things right! Transparency is also a huge value to us at PBN, it’s our responsibility to be truthful in all we do.

And our Sunday doorstep deliveries are off! 🙌

Ryan was competing yesterday in the triathlon yesterday, and .dunkin75 had the kitchen and meal-prep locked down yesterday! 🧑‍🍳

We are so thankful for them - as they take quality, precision, and cooking food to the highest quality so serious! 🙏 We are always so confident leaving meal-prep fulfillment to them every now and then, thank you so much Heather and Amy!
