We’re back at the Valley Junction Farmers Market today! 🥟❤️

After selling out at the World Food & Music Festival, we barely had time to catch our breath before jumping right back into the kitchen to catch up! 😅

Last weekend was our first weekend back, and even with the crazy heat, seeing so many familiar faces and feeling your support made all the hard work worth it. Thank you for always showing up for us!

What an incredible way to wrap up this year’s World Food & Music Festival ! ❤️ We SOLD OUT of everything!

After more than two weeks of nonstop work and preparation, your enthusiasm, support, and kind words made it all worth it. Thank you to our longtime customers who came out to support us, and to all the new customers who gave our food a try. Thank you for patiently waiting in line and for being so understanding of our little imperfections. Your support means so much to a small, handmade business like ours.

Because we sold out of all our inventory—something we honestly didn’t expect—we have to adjust our schedule this week to restock and make everything fresh by hand🥟. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to attend the Valley Junction Farmers Market this Thursday.

The annual World Food & Music Festival is FINALLY here this weekend, and we are so proud to say this is our 5th year participating! 🥳✨ Time flies when you‘re wrapping dumplings!

Keeping things 100% traditional means a massive workload for us. From kneading the dough, rolling it out, mixing the perfect Northern Chinese fillings, to wrapping them up—every dumpling gets the handmade touch. It’s an exhausting but rewarding challenge, and we really hope our hard work pays off for you this weekend! 🥰🥟

AUGUST SCHEDULE UPDATE 🥟

Starting next week, we’ll be taking a little break from some of our regular markets and Sunday pop-ups as we focus on getting ready for the World Food & Music Festival at the end of the month!

**This week, everything is still on as usual — including our Sunday Pop-Up this Sunday August 16 and Valley Junction Farmers’ Market today ❤️

Here’s what changes starting next week:

📍 Valley Junction Farmers’ Market — no market starting August 20 through the end of August. We’ll be back in September!

📍 Sunday Pop-Up at Kitchen Spaces — no Sunday pop-ups starting August 23 through the end of August. We’ll resume our regular schedule in September.

📍 Downtown Farmers’ Market — we’ll still be there on Saturdays as usual, except for the festival weekend (August 29).

And of course, we’ll be at the World Food & Music Festival, August 28–30! 🎉

We’ll be working hard behind the scenes to get ready, and we can’t wait to see you at the festival!

We’ve been making dumplings nonstop since the farmers market season began—and we’re still struggling to keep up with demand.

For a small family business, producing this many dumplings is a huge challenge. Every single one is made completely by hand, from preparing the filling and rolling the wrappers to folding each dumpling individually.

There are no shortcuts here—just long days, late nights, and a lot of love for what we do.

Your support and enthusiasm continue to amaze us, and we truly couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for choosing handmade food and for making this journey possible. You are our greatest motivation. ❤️🥟
