Say Cheese Gourmet Grilled Cheese Say Cheese was created by Sydney and Jake, a niece and uncle duo. 2013 was our first full season as a food vendor.

You may have seen us at events like Bacon Fest, Valley Junction Farmer's Market, Ragbrai, Welcome Back to Walnut Street, Vintage and Made Fair, and the World Food and Music Festival. We pride ourselves in supporting other local businesses with our business. Sandwiches are made with South Union Bakery bread. Cheese and meats are from Graziano Bros. When at markets, fresh produce is often purchased

from other vendors in the market to add to sandwiches. Look for Say Cheese at the Downtown Farmer's Market on Saturdays, and other events throughout Des Moines!
