Our Grilled Salmon Sandwich starts with sustainably sourced Verlasso Salmon salmon. The kind you’d happily order for dinner, here on a brioche bun with mixed greens, tomato, red onion and housemade creamy dill sauce.

You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the ingredients they choose.

Take the locally grown Stoney Creek Mushrooms in our Veggie Benny. They put other mushrooms to shame. They cost more, sure, but when mushrooms are such a big part of the dish, we think they’re worth it. You can literally taste the difference.

Local mushrooms, roasted roma tomato, spinach, avocado, poached eggs and housemade hollandaise on an English muffin. There’s a reason this is one of my faves. 🍄

I order elote pretty much whenever I see it on a menu, so at some point the obvious question became: how do we turn those flavors into breakfast?

Our chefs answered with the Mexican Street Corn Hash: roasted corn, Brussels sprouts, onion, tomato and potatoes, topped with eggs, queso fresco and spiced crema.

It’s become one of our vegetarian favorites, but if you want to give it a little extra oomph, add our housemade sausage. It pairs ridiculously well with this one.
