Fridays are for ribs! Starting at 5pm today we’ll have 4 bones of lightly glazed spare ribs, served with slaw and smoked chimi sweet potatoes. Who’s comin’?

How’s about we switch it up and go Pork Coppa Steak Medallions for Steak Frites Thursday?! Topped with Chimichurri and served along our Hand-cut Herbed Fries. Steak Frites service starts at 5pm. Open at 4pm for regular menu and beverage service.

Fridays mean a few things… it’s the weekend, time to unwind, and… Ribs. Today’s Rib Friday features our Spare Rib Plate. It goes live at 5pm!

You get four (4) smoked pork spare ribs w/ a simple rub and light glaze. Served with house pickles, cilantro jalapeño slaw, German potato salad & corn bread today (photo of ribs for the BBQ algorithm).

It’s Steak Frites Thursday! Today we’re offering up a new cut… the Bavette. This is a savory cut from the sirloin. Served with herbed frites on the side. It’s always good to pair your steak with a beverage. Perhaps an Old Fashioned or a Fly Life? Maybe grab a Detroit Dap (16oz Fly Life draft and a 2oz pour of NASCENT Bourbon) and enjoy both.
