Pitmaster’s Tray: 1/4 lb smoked brisket, 1/4 lb beef cheek, ¼ lb Picanha, wood fired mustard glazed chicken thigh, a Cadillac cut spare rib, and a bacon burnt end. Served with black eyed peas, jalapeño cilantro slaw, homemade focaccia and a side of pickled vegetables.
