Over the years, the business has grown by adding new products and services like shipping and catering. In May of 2019, Browning's Country Ham partnered to open a retail store in Dry Ridge, Ky offering both their tasty products. In May of 2023 they opened a café and expanded deli case offerings. Quickly gaining a reputation for the finest sandwiches, salads and sides. The Browning’s Country Ham Sandwich, Browning’s BLT and pulled pork are among the most popular menu items. They boast a Ridge Club that is the largest sandwich on the “Ridge”. The home-made sides, Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Broccoli Salad are fantastic Winner of best lunch place and sweet tea as voted on by the Grant Co. News readers several years. We’ve been sought out for catering at parties, family gathers, group tours for the Ark Encounter. A sister company, Ella Mae’s Sundaes, opened in June 2023 offering hand-dipped and soft served ice cream out of the same building. Milkshakes, Banana Split’s and Sundaes were embraced by the community and out of towners alike.
