There are many varieties of Wild Rice and these are all the kinds we do. Check them out or ask a question about them.
Broken Wild Rice.. is essentially broken grains of wild rice left over from the traditional drying and milling process, It is light to dark brown in color and is our smallest sized grain, also known as soup rice.
*Long-grain Brown & Wild Rice... is a mixture of long-grain brown rice and broken wild rice.
"Minnesota Long Grain Wild Rice... is a cultivated wild rice that comes from Minnesota, dark brown/black in color that is packed with nutrients and has a nutty earthy flavor.
*100% Natural Lake Wild Rice.., is au all-natural grain that grows in the waters of northern Minnesota. It is light to dark brown in color and is a medium sized grain.
*Hand Parched Wild Rice... is a premium grain that is processed by hand and dried over a wood fire to remove the moisture and preserve the distinet robust natural flavor. It is light to medium brown in color and is medium sized.
*Cranberry Celebration Rice Blend
Ingredients: Long-grain White Rice, Wild Rice, Long-grain Brown Rice, Jasmine Rice, Silvered Almonds, Dried Cranberries
*Lumberjack Rice Blend
Ingredients: Long-grained White Rice, Wild Rice, Long-grain Brown Rice, Tomato Orzo, Bulgur Wheat, Mushroom Blend (Bolete, Shütake)
*Gala Garden Rice Blend
Ingredients: Long-grain White Rice, Wild Rice, Dried Vegetables Blend (carrots, onions, green & yellow split peas, celery, red & green peppers, and parsley)
