Fall🎃

West Texas may be dry, but that isn't stopping fall from showing up. 🎃

At Assiter Farms near Floydada, Texas, growers are raising an incredible 200 different varieties of pumpkins this season — everything from the classic orange pumpkins we know to white, pink and unusually shaped varieties.

And they managed to produce the crop despite the drought conditions that have challenged the region this year.
Floydada doesn't call itself the Pumpkin Capital of Texas for nothing. 🤠🎃

Be honest — did you even know there were 200 kinds of pumpkins?

Bertha’s track means plenty of rain for Louisiana, east and southeast Texas, but it will have the Valley on the far west side the whole time. This puts the Valley in the hotspot.

On this beautiful Sunday, He has risen. 🙏🏼 Lord, renew the earth and fill our hearts with Your grace. The rain today makes it feel even more special, a quiet reminder of new life, growth, and Your blessings.

For farm and ranch families, it means so much hope for the land, the season ahead, and all the work that goes into it.

A truly blessed day!! ✝️ Happy Easter🐣
