Earp Distribution Earp Distribution is a third-generation family owned-and-operated Food Distribution company that is a recognized leader in our industry.

Earp Distribution recently built a new distribution center at 2730 S. 98th Street in Edwardsville, KS where it employs in the following areas: office, warehouse, transportation, warehouse maintenance and truck shop maintenance. In addition to serving our customers, the employees of Earp Distribution work to serve our community and the communities we serve year round by volunteering and fundraising for charities such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, Special Olympics, Victory Junction Gang Camp, and the Willa Gill Center.

🩸 14 Years of Giving Back & Saving Lives! ❤️

Yesterday, Earp hosted our *14th Annual Blood Drive*, and we’re incredibly proud of the impact our employees and community have made over the years!

Since our first blood drive, we have:
🩸 Collected 324 pints of blood
❤️ Welcomed 289 donors
👏 Averaged 23 pints per drive

Yesterday, we added another 20 units of blood to that total!

As a little extra thank-you to our employees who rolled up their sleeves and donated, our owner, Cliff Earp, generously donated $500 to raffle off among participants. Congratulations to our very own HR Generalist, Kendra Courter, who was the lucky winner! 🎉💰

We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Betsy Thorman, the mastermind behind our blood drives for the past 14 years. ❤️ Betsy works hard every year to encourage participation, organize the event, and make it a success. We’re incredibly grateful for her dedication—not only every day, but especially for continuing to make this lifesaving event a priority year after year. Thank you, Betsy! 👏🩸

This year was extra special because, for the first time, we were excited to welcome some of our McDonald’s Owner/Operators to participate alongside us! A big thank-you to Chris and Codee LeCornu and Mike Dobski for joining us and helping support such an important cause. 🍟❤️

Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and helped make our 14th Annual Blood Drive a success. It only takes a little bit of time to make a potentially lifesaving difference.

Yesterday, our own Micah and Kendrik participated at the Bonner Springs-Edwardsville Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament! 🏌️‍♂️
We’re proud to support an event that gives back to our local community, with tournament proceeds helping provide scholarships for the Bonner Braves Class of 2027. 🎓

We took some time to celebrate the hardworking team that keeps our warehouse moving every single day! 💪

Our warehouse employees received a goodie bag with Earp swag as a small token of appreciation for everything they do. 🎒🥤

The food service industry is constantly changing—from new promotions and product changes to shifting demands—and our warehouse team continues to adapt, work together, and get the job done. Their hard work behind the scenes plays a huge part in keeping our customers supplied and our operation running smoothly.

It was a great day recognizing the partnership between our owner/operator, suppliers, and the McDonald's team that helps make success possible every day.

For 250 years, the American spirit has been built on hard work, resilience, and the people who keep our communities moving forward every day.
