Get to know the people behind the counter. Meet Annika! Annika just graduated from Kaneland High School and is currently attending Aurora University. She is majoring in Early Childhood Special Ed and hopes to be Kindergarten Teacher. In her freetime she likes to work (did you know she has 3 jobs!?!), read, do crafts, do art, and dance. Catch her at Knight Club on Sundays.

Get to know the people behind the counter. Meet Cassie!

Cassie started out as a customer of Knight Club and has now been a part of the team for 2 1/2 years. She enjoys getting to know the Elburn community, serving up shakes and teas in a friendly environment, and collaborating to make new concoctions. She loves that our menu is a healthy alternative to the popular drinks available in stores.

When she is not at the shop, she volunteers at her local church, takes walks or goes to lunch with friends, travels, and has attempted to play some golf to spend time with her husband and 2 sons. Catch Cassie on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

We are OPEN UNTIL 4PM today! Come in and try our fruity pebbles shake.A fruity flavor blend with a touch of peanut butter topped with fruity pebbles. Make it a large and you are set for several hours. Our customer this morning, paired it with not only a tea but a 32 ounce aloe water. When it is hot like this, the hydration of an aloe water, hits the spot.

Meet the people behind the counter, starting with Lori! Lori is a native of Elburn and just loves the community here. She started her adulthood as a 3rd grade teacher with a dream to open a Donut shop one day. Then she had two daughters with her husband John and was a full time mom for a bit. Lori eventually moved on to working part time for Weight Watchers for 17 years and then fell in love with making shakes and worked for a local shake shop. Now she opened up her own business with her daughter and fulfilled her dream of opening up a business, but this time it was healthy AND delicious. In her free time, you’ll see her watching her new grandson or riding her Spyder on the road! Catch her at the shop most mornings, and all day Wednesday and Saturday.
