When we say we work sun up to sundown, our family has it ALL covered. Thank you for an amazing crew that holds down the fort at home, so we can sneak a way for a week with friends and Shorthorn cattle. Congrats to Brigham DeBorde, Brayden DeBorde & Eric DeBorde !

We get many questions about solar. Our story is about farm preservation, and keeping our two sons here on the farm. Solar production has been live here at Elm Branch Solar since 2021 here in Ellis County with a 165mw facility.

We farm hay, cattle, and sheep (1000+ hd). Our 4th generation family farming operation was expanded with an additional 300 acres. We strive to keep it in agriculture. Urban Sprawl (10 acre tracts) surrounds us and we are blessed to teach our new neighbors the agriculture experiences in their backyards, as well.

We focus on our soils, environment and land preservation. We like to refer to the panels as our sunflower crop (the panels rotate with the sun). This is the most consistent sunflower crop we've ever raised.
