We need to say a huge 'Thank You' to yall.

Last year we were nominated for a couple of things in the Best of Northwest Arkansas.

If you're not familiar, Best of NWA is a regional contest where businesses are nominated by and voted for by the people who live here. It's kind of a big deal in this area. 🫣

We were super honored to be nominated. We planned out an entire social media campaign around it, and we even made a couple of the posts, but then tragedy struck. We lost someone very close to us, and along with us, our best laid plans fell to pieces.

But apparently yall saw that handful of posts, and you understood the assignment...
..cause we ended up winning 3rd place for Best Food Truck and 2nd place for Best Vegan/ Vegetarian Food! 🥹😭

We're beyond grateful. There's really not words for what this kind of thing means to a small operation like ours.

Thanks for trusting us to feed yall, time and time again. We're doing what we love and it's all because of yall. 🙏

A California Burrito Love Story (in 3 parts)

How it started.

Solid base layer of refried beans, birria, cajun crinkle fries, and poblano cheese sauce, assembled on an extra large burrito tortilla.

Getting to know each other.

Fully loaded and ready for wrapping. A mound of lettuce has joined the party, topped with avocado salsa, onions, and cilantro.

Happily married.

A match made in heaven. All the flavors have moved in together under the same roof and they're ready to start their life together...in your belly.
