You guys know I love the chocolate chip but the Italian herbs and cheese has kept its appearance around here too. Dip it in your favorite marinara or red sauce and it’s an entire meal. At least we think so 😉

This one was so much fun to bring to life! Plus my sweet customer requested that my kiddos help with it, which made it even better. They were so happy to help mama with a cake for somebody. 🥹

There’s really something special about bringing the kids into my space with me. Sharing with them what I’m passionate about, and showing them that working hard and chasing your dreams is totally possible… no matter where you come from, or what cards you’ve been dealt. ✨🤎

Wanted to share with you guys this adorable bowl cover my daughter got me. A couple weeks ago while I was set up at the farmers market, she’d gone over to the stand next door and started doing some shopping of her own. She had her own money so I let her be.

She comes back to the table with this bowl cover for ME. Not anything for herself. (Although she then did ask me for money to get a kolache lol🤣)

Anyways- it was just a reminder of how sweet and thoughtful our kids are. Sometimes they remind us when we least expect it + when we need it the most.

Hey guys! Me again.. 🤣🥰

What’s everybody’s favorite frosting? There are so many flavor options to choose from!

•buttercream
•Swiss meringue buttercream
•whipped cream frosting
•cream cheese
•chocolate? Vanilla? White chocolate? Strawberry?
•a hard set ganache
•maybe something else?!

I love making stacked cakes but these sheet cakes are really stealing my heart this last week. 🖤

A chocolate cake for one of my regular (and most supportive) customers. She took this cake to Norfolk! I was a little nervous but with some ice packs and parchment paper underneath - it did just fine. It sat on the passenger seat with the AC on and I patiently waited for the message saying she AND the cake made it safely.

The other was a funfetti birthday cake and seriously, look at that BLUE!!!!! Are you kidding me?! The most beautiful blue from natural dye + spirulina. I was shocked at the colors I achieved on this one! I did a fun x box symbol in the corner but I sure wish I’d have outlined it in black.

If you need a big cake for a big celebration, it just so happens that I’ve been dreaming of doing a double layer sheet cake. A layer of buttercream OR another filling in between and a lot more room to decorate. 😏
I’m certain one of you has a big enough celebration to support that kind of deliciousness. 😜

🍓Strawberry + chocolate cake covered in a blanket of silky vanilla buttercream. ✨ Gifted this cake to someone who’s become pretty near to my heart. Decorating this baby was a dream.. I love any chance I get to practice my piping skills and I had a few ideas I’d been wanting to try. I’m happy with the outcome on this one! 🩷🧡🖤 [note: frosting a circle cake is WAY easier than a rectangle cake 😆]

I LOVE decorating cakes you guys. I’m so glad this journey has turned into what it has for me, but it’s only possible because of YOU guys. Naturally this leads me to wanting to give something away….

I also got to do this 7” vanilla cake with strawberry compote filling and vanilla buttercream. 😍 red, blue, and black were the colors given for this one & the blue + white mixed so perfectly on the sides of the cake 🤍🩵 [I forgot to take photos before I started boxing it up so the photos aren’t great- but better than none 🤪]

I feel like this cake is giving total Toy Story vibes?! Are you getting that vibe too?! 🤠
