🌼 This fun birthday cake went out this morning! 🌸

I was set up at the farmers market, so I had to have Bryar meet my client at the house - but I wish I was able to because he said that the birthday girl was so excited when she saw her cake & that is truly what this is all about. 🥹

Bringing you guys joy through baking, and being a part of some seriously special occasions has been my favorite part of this whole thing. It might just be a birthday cake, but the love poured into my stuff is unlike any. I try to hit every detail in such a way that every client feels special when they see their order.

I truly hope I get to keep making special cakes + orders for you guys for YEARS to come. 🫶🏼🥹

I never got around to posting this heart cake I made for my sisters birthday 💗

She turned 26 and you know she had to have a boujie cake with the ribbons and all 🎀 🖤

This was a 4 layer cake with fresh raspberry compote filling and vanilla buttercream on the outside. 🤤 Paired with the cutest lil cupcakes ever!

I won’t lie, this was my first heart cake and my first four layer cake too. I didn’t struggle with the layers or filling like I’d thought I might.. but I definitely struggled with getting the heart as smooth as I like! I did learn a few tricks though & I can’t wait to give it another shot for the next one! 💞

Floral cake for the birthday girl this week! I got some new piping tips that I’ve been so excited to try, and they worked out just how I’d imagined.

This was a vanilla almond sponge with vanilla buttercream and it turned out absolutely darling! 💐

🧡 ONE 🩷 + story time 📖

Dipped Rice Krispies, dipped brownies, cake pops, and the happiest lil’ smash cake happened over the weekend!

I really had a blast with this order and me tell you guys it was a last minute rush effort to finish this bad boy on time… if you’ve ordered with me, you know I like to make my stuff FRESH.. [I’m talking like frost the cupcakes the morning of pickup fresh]..

So I’m working on this order Saturday night to be picked up Sunday. Then this insane storm hits Fairbury and we lose power. I start panicking and finish dipping my cake pops in the candlelight. After that I couldn’t use my melting pot to melt more chocolate, and I couldn’t use my mixer to make buttercream for the smash cake. 😵‍💫 I stayed up until 3 between stressing about the storm and about the order being unfinished. Fast forward to the next morning when the order is supposed to be picked up at 9:30 and I have to text my customer telling her I’m NOT finished & we STILL have no power. Finally around 9:30/10 power is restored and I get TO WORK on this order yall.. when I tell you I finished a mere HOUR before this baby’s party… I’m not even kidding a little. 🤭 all of this in between storm cleanup and rounding up my 4 hoodlems it was pure chaos BUT also pure bliss. ✨🤣

Thank goodness my customer was so sweet and understanding AND extremely accommodating too. 😭❤️‍🔥 I am just so lucky and blessed within this community y’all, I can’t even explain. 🥹

This is one order I’m sure to NEVER forget.

A beautiful baptism cake for a beautiful little girl. 🩵✝️💗

My sister sent me this idea a few weeks ago and I was so excited to try it out today! It worked out beautifully and I was really happy with the result. [Even though it wasn’t super easy to peel the parchment paper cross out from underneath the frosting 🤣]

A BIG ol cake for the birthday boy!! 🩵 🎊

I wasn’t satisfied with the height of my first cake so I baked another and layered them. Then the cake was way bigger than I’d imagined to begin with, but I loved the way it came out! 🤣

The only request for this cake was having blue on it, but then I felt like it wasn’t “boyish” so we added the cake pop tires and waaala. 😍❤️

Hi everybody! I just wanted to come on here and make a post to say THANK YOU!!! I truthfully didn’t ever expect to have this kind of support and it continuously blows me away. You guys never fail to show up and I can’t express my gratitude fully in words. 🥹🙏🏼🤍

This being said, I am FULL for orders in May! So PLEASE, if you have an event you really want me to bake for, get a hold of me sooner rather than later, because dates are filling up for months down the road! 🖤

Racing theme cake pop set! 🏁

I had so much fun creating this set for a birthday boy last weekend! The tires were made using a silicone mold, the 2’s were made using a custom cutter & I cut out the speed limit signs by hand.

I also made the flags from homemade marshmallow fondant and I piped ALL of the details on the speed limit sign, the flag, and the 2’s by hand.
