Fresh swordfish just landed. 🗡️🐟
Temps in the 70's this week, this is your sign to fire up the grill. Swordfish is one of the best fish you can throw on there — thick, meaty steaks that hold up to high heat, won't fall apart, and develop a gorgeous char that's hard to beat.

Fun fact: Swordfish can swim up to 60 mph, making them one of the fastest fish in the ocean. All that power translates into dense, flavorful meat unlike anything else.

Simple grilling tip: Season with olive oil, salt, pepper & lemon zest. or grab some of our sesame seed soy sauce to marinate. Grill 4–5 min per side on high heat. That's it.
