โชWe'd like to take today to send all our best to Chef {๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐!} Joseph Ellia of Falmouth, on his recent accomplishments of starting his small business here on Cape Cod; ๐๐๐ฉ ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐พ๐ค๐, ๐๐๐พ.
Joe has always strived to bring his knowledge and presence to the community in every aspect. When Joe left the Restaurant industry last year to pursue his dream of being a Culinary teacher at the very school he attended (UCT), he still held the drive to continue to deliver his creative culinary delights to his community and surrounding areas.
As Joe began to dive into his own health & fitness he felt there was no better way to continue showing his love and passion than creating what he refers to as "Fitmeals", a way to help others stay on track with their nutrition, however in a way that never displeased your tastebuds. Fitmeals are not a diet trend, but a lifestyle change to have fun and enjoy your meals without the guilt society holds on us.
Those of us who have the pleasure of knowing Joseph, know how true to his heart he radiates into those he loves, his community and most importantly his son, Cullen, who has always been his number one why, his drive and supporter. He thrives to show that when you stay true to your values and work hard, you can accomplish just about anything.
Joseph Ellia also holds a seat as a board member of the ACF Cape Cod Chapter, where he works with several local nonprofit organizations. In 2018 Joe was recognized as Chef of the year by the American Culinary Federation Cape Cod & Islands, following in 2019 a winner of Cape & Plymouth Business Magazines 40 under 40 award as well as a 2017 winner of FSR Magazines 30 under 30 award. We hope you follow along this journey and dream of his with Fit Chef Cape Cod and are able to enjoy fitmeals for yourself ๐งก
