A sweet garden video of my littlest helper giving it her all. She may be small, but she is mighty. Here, Lainey and I, are pulling all of the tomatoes up getting ready for friends to come help us plant broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and Brussel sprout!

Mamas, let us help you feed your family food you can trust. 🤍🌿

This week’s MCR Weekly Protein Box is $129.99—with a little help answering that daily question: “What’s for dinner?”

You’ll get:

🥩 4 lb grass-finished ground beef
🥩 Approx 3 lb grass-finished short ribs
🍗 Approx 2 lb chicken breasts
🍗 Approx 3 lb chicken leg quarters

Our chicken is raised with no corn and no soy and on fresh pasture daily!

Think taco night, burgers, skillet chicken, roasted leg quarters, and tender garlic-and-herb short ribs over mashed potatoes. We’re including an easy slow-cooker short rib recipe—about 10 minutes of morning prep, then let supper cook while you tackle your day.

Little hands helping, muddy boots beside mine, and sweet voices filling our days on the farm. These ordinary moments are becoming some of my most treasured memories.

As we teach them to care for His creation, I pray they see His love in the way we care for them, too.

Of all the things growing here, watching them grow is my greatest joy. 🌿

We came home with full notebooks—and even fuller hearts. 🤍🌿

This past weekend, Shelby and I spent two days in a room filled with doctors, scientists, regenerative agriculture experts, and fellow farmers hungry for knowledge.

We left feeling empowered, energized, and deeply proud of the work we’re doing at Mountain Creek Ranch to serve our family, our friends, and our surrounding communities.

Behind every order you pick up is a family working to learn more, do better, and care for the land and animals entrusted to us. We’re excited to put what we learned into practice—to build healthier soil, strengthen our pastures, and keep working toward our goal of producing nourishing, nutrient-dense food.

Because the families depending on us for REAL, CLEAN food deserve our very best. Your trust means something to us, y’all. It shapes the decisions we make and keeps us learning and growing.

We’d love to hear what YOU want to know! What’s your biggest question about regenerative agriculture, the food it produces, or its effects on human health and the environment?

No question is too big or too small. Drop yours below—let’s learn together! 👇

You will not regret your decision in choosing this sweet sister farm of ours for your next event

"BIG" news here at L&E......after much consideration on just what we were gonna do with " Biggie Smalls" the very very very undersized one year old British White steer....our daughter and I (Mrs. L&E) have decided to start a new hopefully fun side gig......parties and events with our beloved , behaved and adorable steer. Biggie is currently in training and awaiting his special gear to become a beverage steer AKA "b**r steer"for weddings also...shhhhhh he doesn't know it yet but he even has some more tiny fluffy friends coming to help. Sooooo if you wouldn't mind spreading the word , we are open for booking! If you or someone you know is also addicted to cows and would love a MOOOvelous addition to their event , please contact us.

Adorable videos in the comments!

Biggie is a smidge taller than an average sized Labrador retriever but still can't reach the cattle water trough lol!
