Our first rainy Saturday at the Spotsylvania County Farmers Market 🌧️🤎

The weather was cold, rainy, and gloomy… but the love and support still showed up heavy today. Our regulars came to grab their weekly juices, some of our favorite couples stopped by, and the energy at the stand stayed high all morning ✨

We took Dat Fire shots together 😂🔥, made fresh mango smoothies, Kev came through showing love, and we had some of the best conversations. Moments like this remind us that it’s so much deeper than juice — it’s community, connection, healing, and good vibes.

Rain couldn’t stop what God is building 🌿

Cold pressed & Recharged ✈️🌱⚡️

Just flew into Myrtle Beach for a work trip and was feeling a little off, so you already know I had to find me a cold pressed pick-me-up 🌿✨

Stopped by LŌLEO Juice Bar and the ladies there DELIVERED 👏🏽 and was bringing that latin vibez 💃 🎶

I started off with the “Get UR Green ON” — apple 🍏 , cucumber 🥒 , kale & spinach 🥬— and whew… it was SO good I had to run it back for another cup 😮‍💨💚

Then followed it up with a wheatgrass shot with ginger 🫚, lemon 🍋 , and cayenne 🌶️ plus a fresh pineapple slice chaser 🍍🔥 Clean, refreshing, balanced, and exactly the boost my body needed after traveling ✈️

And because we’re setting the tone for tomorrow too, I grabbed the Holyfield and a chaga coffee to-go so I can get my morning started right ☕️🌞

Just because it looks good on the outside doesn’t mean it’s good on the inside 🍎

Before I cold press any fruit, I cut into every single piece. Why? Because sometimes the prettiest apple can be completely rotten in the middle. What looks healthy on the outside can carry mold, decay, and spoil the whole batch if you’re not paying attention.

Same goes for people.
Not everyone around you is as genuine as they appear. Energy matters. Character matters. Intentions matter.
