Located on the exterior of Van Beck Ranch alongside our Pumpkin Patch, our new Pumpkin & Mum House will be filled with beautiful fall color and everything you need to get into the autumn spirit.

We’re officially 25 DAYS AWAY from Opening Day! 🍂🙌 And we’re so excited to welcome you through a brand-new part of the Van Beck Ranch Fall Farm Fest this year — The Grainery, our new entrance, exit, and ticket shed!

Built with plenty of real farm charm, The Grainery will be a warm and welcoming place to start your visit. On those chilly fall days, we’ll have the wood stove going, plus a few goodies available for purchase while you get ready for your day at the farm.

And one of our favorite parts? You do NOT have to purchase ranch admission to visit our pumpkin patch! 🎃

Maybe you’re just looking for a quick fall outing. Stop by, head out to the pumpkin patch, pick out the perfect pumpkin, snap a cute fall photo, purchase your pumpkins, and head home. Simple, fun, and full of fall memories. 🍂📸

🎃 NEW THIS YEAR AT FALL FARM FEST — OUR VERY OWN PUMPKIN PATCH! 🎃

We are SO excited to finally share something we’ve been working hard on all season… pumpkins grown right here on the ranch! 🧡🌱

Come wander through the patch, pick out your perfect pumpkin, snap some adorable fall photos, and make a few new family memories along the way. 🍂📸

That’s a wrap, Van Beck Ranch farm camp 2026 finished up this week! We asked the kids what their favorite part of farm camp was at the end of camp. There were many highlights, however most of them said they absolutely loved all of it.

We learned so many new skills and did many activities and learned about all the animals. We made homemade bread, butter, and homemade ice cream with surprise visits from the dairy princesses and Mr. Tom, who turned our ice cream frozen. I told the kids if you’re lucky enough to meet Mr. Tom in your lifetime then you’re lucky.
Shout out to him as he always gives back to the community by helping with Agriculture related youth events.

The kids were in awe and got to enjoy yummy creamy treats. We enjoyed the water slip-n-slide on our giant bounce pillow, learned about branding and made our own coasters while branding. We also made our own leather bracelets, wallets, farm and country luminary jars, adopted a chick and so much more! The week was full and our hearts are full, as we made many friends and learned lifelong skills. But most of all we learned how to be a kid and explore nature and soak in the endless summer memories! As a camp leader, it is so fun to see the kids come at the beginning of camp and be hesitant to be a kid and play and by the end of the camp they’re the ones instigating the creativity and play in nature! Never once did I hear the words I’m bored! YAY, what win! 💕🐄🐐🐓🐑 Thank you Farm Camp families for sharing your beautiful children with us!

The first day of Van Beck Ranch farm camp was a success! We met all of our new animal friends, did morning chores, and explored different areas on the farm riding the big bikes. We jumped on the bounce pillow, played bazooka ball, played in the woods,and took train cart rides. We hunted for a cow medallion for a big part of the day to see which team would secure it to win treats.

We learned all about good bugs and bad bugs on the farm and what they do. We then created a bug house habitat from all recycled material. We made a book about the very hungry western caterpillar and how he drank too much milk in Minnesota.💕🥛🐛
We were surprised to receive a visit from two beautiful Stearns County dairy princesses, Ava Smith, and Isabella Shiffler. They read two books about farm to table and cows and made us homemade strawberry milkshakes. It definitely was a great day to be a Stearns County farm camp kid. Making the best summer memories on the farm. 🐄🐐🐑🐓
Thank you to our amazing staff and helpers who kept up with the energy level of some very excited kids today! 👏
