Here at OMFB, we take pride in our production of high quality meat from stock raised in Callaway County. All of our meats are also processed in our Processing center, and are antibiotic free with no added hormones or steroids. Check out our fresh beef and pork cuts in our Butcher Shop. Walk in and get it cut how you'd like or call ahead and have it waiting for you. OMFB is also well known for our specialty processing of ham, deli meats, bratwursts, summer sausages and snack sticks. On February 1, 2025, Fulton Wurst Haus Butchery was purchased by Ozarks Meat Factory INC and our butchery shop will be called Ozarks Meat Factory Butchery. Our retail store is now open to the public with a soft re-open.
