We are open for wine tasting by appointment only, the 1st and 3rd Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of each month from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, last tasting begins at 3:30 pm. Martin Ranch Winery is a family-owned & operated winery and vineyard located just outside Gilroy and Morgan Hill. For over 20 years winemakers Dan and Thérèse Martin have been crafting exquisite award winning wines which have accum

ulated international accolades. The winery itself is located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Whether you find yourself taking in sweeping views of the pond and hillside, strolling past Thérèse's organic garden, or on one of Dan's barrel room tours- you are sure to enjoy your time at Martin Ranch Winery. We are open for tasting the first and third Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each month from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, and for general inquiries Monday through Thursday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

This week, Therese is sharing a bright and nourishing spring favorite: Herbed Quinoa & Garbanzo Salad with Tahini Maple Vinaigrette ✨🥗
Packed with fresh herbs, crisp apple, roasted walnuts, fennel, quinoa, and garbanzo beans, this colorful salad is full of texture and garden-inspired flavor—perfect for pairing with a refreshing glass of Santa Cruz Mountains Wine. 🌿☀️
Save this recipe for your next spring gathering 👇
🥗 Herbed Quinoa & Garbanzo Salad
✨ Ingredients • 1 cup garbanzo beans • 1 cup cooked quinoa • 1 cup mixed fresh herbs (parsley, mint & dill) • ½ cup chopped olives • ¼ cup finely chopped fennel • ½ cup roasted walnuts • ½ cup chopped apple • 1 cup mixed edamame & peas • Salt & pepper to taste
✨ Tahini Maple Vinaigrette • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar • 2 tbsp tahini • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
✨ Directions 1️⃣ Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl 2️⃣ Shake vinaigrette ingredients together until smooth 3️⃣ Pour over salad + toss well 4️⃣ Serve chilled or at room temperature
